The cartoonist behind the new Friends With Boys, Zombies Calling and Demonology 101, Faith Erin Hicks, is our guest this week! We’ll talk to her about the differences between Web and print comics, winning over people suffering from zombie overkill, what adding a ghost to a story is all about, Scooby-Doo, whether volleyball is more popular in Canada, and much more! Plus, Matt tells a story about when he was a bad comic shop customer!

Sims is more “sha nanananananananana” than “Nah nah na-na na-nah”
And sure enough, Brian Azzarello just gave an interview where he says he had no coordination with what Geoff Johns was doing over in JL.
Err…Wonder-Woman’s mythos was never linked to the Fourth World?
Of course it was! In the 90’s, Darkseid was basically as much a Wonder-Woman as he was a Superman villain. For instance, in the awesome Action Comics 600, Darkseid was attacking Olympus. War of the Gods uses a similar idea. Darkseid attacked Paradise Island several times. Even freakin’ Amazons Attack and Countdown were using the link between the two types of gods.
Post-Crisis, the Olympians are humans who became gods as a result of the Source wave destroying the Third World and creating the Fourth hitting planet Earth.
