This isn’t a particularly helpful or insightful comment at all, but the Ikea product names actually aren’t all in Swedish, but in different Scandinavian languages. They actually follow a strange sort of logic (though as a Dane, I can tell you that reading Ikea product names is sort of like trying to decipher a census list from a different universe):

How ’bout that West Wing? If you haven’t watched it, do yourself a favor. The first 4 seasons are superb.
