  1. Chris, if you’ve only god to FF #24, then the best is yet to come. Going from Annual #3 to FF #44 is like going from 0 to 60, and suddenly having the road change from Kansas to Oz, probably on of the most noticable inker changes out there.

  2. Interesting that Euge recommended Douglas Wolk’s book on the episode featuring David Wolkin since I only realized about a week ago that those two were not the same person.

  3. New theme song is ballin. You guys didn’t announce who is next week, super special surprise?

  4. re the shirt – I got mine in the mail yesterday. Looks really sweet, and the shirt is decent quality & not paper thin.

My only complaint is that the triangular logo design tends to draw the eye downward and through the magic of perspective lines, the “EUGE” and “SIMS” rather accentuate the gentle swell of my ample tummy.

But then I realized I was a 40 year old guy wearing a comics podcast t-shirt and playing Dungeons & Dragons. The shirt wasn’t bringing me any greater shame than I brought to the party myself.

(although maybe next time, don’t let the skinny guy design the shirt!)

  5. I have a confession.

I actually ordered something from Skymall on Sunday.

Now in my defense it was actually the cheapest place online to order a replica Assyrian Lamassu wall relief statue. And I really wanted one because it paired with a big project I just finished. But the shame in actually having my mail carrier deliver a package from Skymall to my home may be too much to bear.
