First of all, thanks immensely to everyone who has already donated. Frankly, we’re surprised anyone would part with their money just because they like to listen to us joke around for a while each week. For those who have given enough to get an incentive, we’ll be in touch soon.
We figured it would be a good idea to put our incentive offers in writing here, just so you guys are clear on ’em and you don’t have to go back and find that part of this week’s episode again. Plus, we’ve added a new one! So here they are:
- Any donation results in us reading your name out on the show.
- $25 gets you a piece of digital art from one of our artist pals.
- $50 gets you signed copies of Matt’s supervillain how-to book, Hate You Forever, and Resurrection #8, Chris’s first published comic. Also, our good friend and theme-song rapper Adam Warrock will send you one of theseĀ two t-shirts for free, while sizes last!
- $100 means you get to be third chair on an episode of War Rocket Ajax!
- And a $1,000 donation gets you Chris Sims for a night (though anything beyond hand holding will have to be negotiated between you and him).
Thanks again, everybody. We’re going to try to not be too obnoxious about this, and we appreciate everyone who listens to the show.
If I give you $100, can I turn my third chair spot over to Ken Lowery?
Thought about how much I look forward to the show each week or so, and decided “Hell yeah, that’s worth some money right there.”
Umm, i wish I had known about the incentives before i donated. I’d have donated more.
… can i combine separate donations to add up to a specific amount?
also, if we go with the signed art, can we pick the artist or subject or is it your choice?
hmmm…if only there was something else you could offer…like oh i dunno…poster of all the TableTopFighters with signatures of everyone who was at Heroescon last year….
Hi folks,
Sorry to answer kind of late, but we’re honestly still working out all the logistics.
Danicus: If you donate again, we’ll add it to your first so you get the bigger incentive.
As for the art, we’re going to have a few pieces of digital art available. You can pick the artist you’d like. We’re still lining up the artists that’ll be helping us out.
