  1. I just wanted to say, I totally understand you guys wanting to monetize the show some more through ads. My two cents about how they are done: live ad copy read by you guys would be better, it would be nice if it would be more tailored toward stuff we might be interested in(totally understand if that is not an option), and have a set number of ads that don’t interrupt show flow. There was one before the interview on this show and it was a smidge annoying.

  2. I reckon “rode hard and put up wet” is the phrase you’re a-huntin’ for there, partner.

And I agree with Jack. I think we all understand the need for cash flow. And while you’re probably being a little neurotic about it, I also think we all sincerely appreciate your caring so much about our opinions on the matter.

If this continues to escalate like that one episode of Fraiser though, I hope you record it all and post it as bonus content.

  3. I second the “live ad copy” idea.

I don’t mind ads overall, but ive found that the “live read” tends to break the flow a lot less on other shows I listen to who have adopted similar revenue streams.

  4. Also: My android tablet runs Marvel Unlimited just fine. It might be an issue for the Kindle, specifically, but Unlimited is not restricted to only iPads.
