  1. Ha! Swastika-themed superhero actually comes up in one of the stories in this anthology pretty much as you described:

    http://www.amazon.com/Superheroes-John-Varley/dp/0441003079/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1316550594&sr=1-4

A dude gets mystical, ancient powers that turn him into a superhero with a swastika on his chest, much to his chagrin. Once he goes out superheroing, it doesn’t go well. Amusing when I was in 8th grade, but probably not a very good story.

  2. Has there actually been any indication that Bette Kane’s stint as Bat Girl is back in continuity? It’s been retconned out since 1985 and it’s not mentioned in Batwoman #1. In fact the version of the character that was Flamebird was at no time said to have been Batgirl, she never took the Flamebird identity pre-crisis and was reintroduced as Flamebird in 1989 with a backstory that didn’t include being Batgirl.

  3. Awesome show as always fellas.

Maybe it’s the new fancy earbuds I have but some of the edits are becoming more clear to me. I’d be all for a separate link for the unedited rawness that is Matt & Chris. Even if it was three hours long.

Perhaps I’m an old fogey, but a mohawk is what was sported by Mr. T or Road Warrior Animal. Rachel’s ‘do may be a bit to conservative. And if Chris is going for a legit mohawk, than Matt should sport the Road Warrior Hawk reverse mohawk for the full Legion of Doom effect!
